Mongolian Beef and Noodles
1 lb ground beef
2 onions diced
4 tsp fresh grated ginger
6 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
8 oz fettuccine noodles or spaghetti
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water

In a skillet, cook beef over medium high heat 5 minutes. Add ginger and garlic during last 2 minutes.
cook noodles according to package. Drain and set aside.
Drain fat from beef. Add brown sugar, broth, soy sauce, hoisin, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water. Pour into beef mixture and bring to a simmer for 2 minutes.
Serve with noodles
