| A survey only asked two questions.....how many photographs of myself do I take per month?....you could not choose none...so I chose the 1 to 5 option...and the other qualifier was how many photos do you have hanging up in your house?...I said 8 (not of me!).....They said I'm sorry but you are not the sort of person we are looking for.....don't blame smart phones....smart phones make it easier to photograph things...but when did people start just photographing themselves?...again and again....you could choose 100 a month on the survey as an option.......and I thought REALLY hard....and at the grand old age of 69.... I have NEVER just photographed myself...EVER....it used to be someone else photographed me because THEY wanted to.....or it was relevant...or something happened...and when you saw a beautiful view....you photographed it....now you get someone else to photograph it with you as the main subject obscuring whatever was beautiful....why is that?....any ideas?...if you want to see yourself all the time...buy lots of mirrors.... |
