Seriously, these people want it both ways: they do not want to obey the laws (they do not want to pay taxes, get licenses, ids, obey traffic etc laws. pay bills, rates etc) as they see themselves as a nation unto themselves but they are quite happy to take welfare, use medicare (or whatever is the government sponsored medical scheme in their country).
