I have a neighbour who wants to replace a boundary fence.
I have gotten two quotes, one was rudely overpriced.
He has a friend who did nothing but criticised the quotes and wants to build the fence.
His friend, I have found to be a know-it-all, and wants to build the fence cash in hand.
He has put a roof over a couple of containers next door, but after a year is yet to complete it.
He won t listen to any suggestions about materials, etc , and says he will supply a couple of quotes.
Personally I am about to tell him where to go, as I can t stand his know-it-all attitude, can t see any projects around town he has done, and don t want half a fence built, and just find him to be a skitefull wanka.
What are your opinions of dealing with knobs like this?
