With AI and self-service being the new darling for many businesses and the scourge for customers, do you have any suggestions for businesses on how to ACTUALLY keep your business?
1. Instead of outfitting your staff with body cameras, how about having MORE STAFF available to serve you? All cameras do is prove who did what after the fact and do not help anyone when help is actually needed.
2. Train your AI/chatbot to ask: "Would you prefer to speak to a human?" and then give the customer what they want.
