Employees of both sexes bring different qualities to the work place...there are clearly places where female staff are better equipped to cope...and the same with males. I think an important difference between a large male workforce and a large female workforce is that all the males work together without any major friction, while largely female workforces (like nursing) have lots of problems hopefully when we have a better mix these problems will be better...what do you think?
