Mom and Dad passed away. Eventually, the property had to be divided. We did everything honestly and above board. Everything was great until, my Sister in the middle decided to sell her piece of property for a quarter of a million dollars. Then she put part of the property that was mine, that I made to my Son, as my Dad wanted to be done in the sale with hers. Now, we have a problem.
Has this happened to anyone else, she had even lied to the realty company and said she had another survey done of her property and that is untrue. I just called the courthouse and checked.
She is really mad now, not at me, but at herself I guess, she had a meeting today with someone and came home stomping mad.
My Son talked with the realty company and asked them yet again to remove the piece of property that belongs to him. He asked the realty company lady how she would like it if he listed a piece of her front yard for sale. Praying she does the right thing, attorney is on stand by.
