Unfair purchasing legislation/rules
When you buy a product or service, you expect to either receive what you pay for or get a refund or exchange when you do not so how is it legal that airlines and accommodation sites (for example) are not required to give you a refund when they have not provided you with a service you have paid for? If you have paid for a flight or a stay (or both) and the service is either not provided or cancelled by them, that they do not have to refund you for services not provided? This would be as ridiculous as a supermarket or store asking us to pay before buying something but then not allowing us to get something for our money and kicking us out and keeping our money.

Are there any other unfair purchasing legislation or rules that should be changed?
