Are we the consumer getting ripped off by companies shrinking their product?

Have you noticed that your favourite products seem to be getting smaller while the prices keep going up? From chocolate bars to cereal and bags of chips, shrinkflation is becoming harder to ignore. Do you think companies are being unfair to consumers, or is this just another way of dealing with rising costs? Have you noticed any products that have really shrunk lately?
