Today I wanted to buy a light bulb. It took me and a service woman half an hour to find a dumb one. All the others were...smart! Why would I need a smart one if a dumb one does the same job?
I suggested to sort the shelf - SMART and DUMB. She agreed just she has to talk to the management. Wonder...is the management smart or dumb?
