AI is taking over boring stuff...like talking to you on the phone...sending you mail and email...it is already telling you what to buy...next it will be doing your shopping, having it delivered and putting it all away. Who needs to go shopping? Who needs shops? Just massive warehouses like Amazon...it will transport you around...it will clean your house, cook your meals...organise your holidays...all the boring stuff...and you will have so much free time too...because nobody is going to have a job either....let's just hope we don't have a power cut, or we will all just die.
