Are you naturally a "Morning Person" or a "Night Owl"?
I have always been fascinated by how different our internal clocks can be! I personally find that my best energy hits much later in the evening, while I know others who are up and productive at the crack of dawn.
I m curious to hear from the community: Do you find it easy to jump out of bed early, or do you do your best work when the rest of the world is asleep? Also, if you ve ever tried to change your natural rhythm (like a night owl trying to become an early bird), did it actually work for you, or did you just end up feeling tired?
