Cost Of Living vs Working From Home
Well now that budget has been handed down and basically the Government are trying to squeeze that last drop of blood out of the taxpayer what are the chances that Employers are going to looking more favourable at Working From Home (WFH). What are some of the benefits: (depending on type of work):
Employer:
- Reduction in office cost e.g. electricity, parking, stationary etc.
Employee:
- Less fuel, travel costs, child care, stress.
To me, it just makes sense - benefits to the employer/employee, plus it was shown, in some studies, during COVID, that less traffic congestion was on the road thus reducing pollution. Let's face it, with the price of fuel, if you don't need to drive, don't.

What do you think? Should Employers re-consider working from home for those employees that it is feasible for?
