Recently our cat was mauled by a savage dog even though it was on a leash outside our house. Its owners had no control. I have never witnessed such torture and was devastated, `The cat was so injured, it has to be out down. We had no success on insisting that the dog should be put down to prevent other incidents. Next time it might be a child. Surely, there should be more restrictions on such animals, \What do you think?
