There is a massive lack of housing and housing is too expensive...no-one can afford it.....everyone says removing Government red tape and giving first time buyers subsides or help is the answer...OF COURSE IT IS NOT!....in downtown Tokyo they took away constrictions...demolished large parts of the city and built massive apartment blocks... Tokyo is now the cheapest Capital city to live in... The UK released a report on how normal house building was way too slow expensive and time-consuming...all housing should be mainly created in factories and then assembled rapidly on site...anybody doing that?....no....but it's a good idea...right?...why aren't we doing it?
