What are some of the things you do to save money in your household? Examples of what we do:

- Use clothes line
- Minimal usage of 1 time use items (paper towel, plastic wrap, tin foil, sandwich bags etc.)
- Bake own snacks instead of store bought (cookies, muffins, cakes, pies etc)
- Make own bread, tortilla shells, crackers etc
- Home cooked meals instead of pre cooked/prepared or take out
- Grow and preserve own food
- Compost to create own soil
- Shop the sales if it's not on sale don't purchase unless completely necessary (shop around)
- Turn out the lights/unplug items not being used
- Buy in bulk what can that won't go bad and will be used regularly
- Meal plan and prep with what you have or what's on sale
- Use what is going to go bad first so not wasted money

Keep learning new ways to save money and implement them, do the maths on some of these items, you may be surprised with how much you actually can save.
