OK... My neighbour is weird....yesterday...... I walked past the house with my dog at around 11.30 in the morning...the car is in the drive...the engine is running and the male occupant is slumped over the steering wheel...like he is dead or asleep or something... I look in the car he is not moving... I take on board everyone's advice from the last discussion page and just walk on by...not my problem, right?...and the next day the car is gone again...what is going on? Is it someone doing Candid Camera or something?
