Oh yes, it really is delicious, it make it quite frequently. Frozen or fresh raspberries and lime juice as well as lemon juice and I replace a bit of the maple syrup with a tad of artificial sweetener. Just think of this as a concept rather than a recipe. Any type of berries would be great, depending on your taste. i dont think any dietitian would give you a lecture over an unhealthy choice of jams with this tasty topping.

...if these little beauties are freezeable, then this is a cracker jack recipe! 4, 5 (or, for the greedy-gutsies), 6 of them, then chow down a small salad or left over 'slaw, and you've had lasagne for breakfast or lunch! Definitely a keeper! Thanx very muchly for the recipe. And, yes, a great, (or grate), way to use up just-past-prime veggies, instead of meat, if, like me, you swing that way (sometimes, lolol ;P)

Bolo do caco is a traditional flatbread from the Portuguese island of Madeira. Named after the hot, flat basalt stone ("caco") on which it is conventionally cooked, the bread is unique because it contains mashed sweet potato, giving it a slightly sweet flavor and an incredibly soft, chewy texture ,You do not need a basalt stone to make this at home; a heavy-bottomed skillet or cast-iron pan works perfectly.🍽️😊

You see these kilo boxes of chicken necks at the supermarket...reduced to $2.50 or as low $1.99...what are you supposed to do with them?...most folk use them as dog food I think.... I bought 2 kilos...I laid them all out on a greased baking tray with sides..(don't waste the juice) and baked them for two hours (they will shrink)...then dump them in a thick bottom pan with lots of water and all the juice...and boil them for a few hours....refilling with water if...
