I made a quick stir-fried chicken and pork by cooking sliced grilled chicken with onions and green bell peppers. I added a few sliced jalapenos for spice and seasoned it with salt, pepper, and a little soy sauce. I do not eat curry either but I used to cook it for family. I never fried my sausages but blanched them and then cut them up in smaller pieces. I found this allowed the sausages to be softer and the tastes of the curry etc. to be taken on easier.

I prefer the easy way using pancake mix and fresh or thawed blueberries. Goes perfectly with sausages and blueberry syrup. Might have them for brunch this weekend. Do not use olive oil. Instead use butter or margarine and when it melts the skillet is hot enough for the batter.
