This meal includes crispy pan-fried fish, cereals, roasted potatoes, and boiled corn. To prepare it, marinate the fish slices with turmeric, chili powder, garlic-ginger paste, salt, and a little oil, then air fry until golden. Cook the cereals by boiling it with turmeric and salt, then finish it with a tempered mixture of fried cumin, garlic, and a little oil to add flavor. Slice potatoes thinly, toss them with oil, salt, and spices, and roast or pan-fry until crispy....

looks good, and again, for me anyways, I'd put this one in the lovely category of grazing plate - ain't nothin' wrong there, lol. I find a brilliant way to use up 'leftovers' esp veggies and fruit. The fish does sound yummy - will try, when I can afford some firm white fish fillets. Thanx for sharing!

Ahh Jann , l can't tell you how many gazillions of these I pumped out over my years of cooking, l'm having flashbacks!!
The mini ones were the most popular , people would want them still warm out of the oven ! I have to have my baked cheesecakes cold ! I used to make up a Berry mix using frozen blackberries, raspberries and strawbs and blueberries.. put a good spoonful of sugar over them and zap it for a minute or 2 in the microwave. So they still hold the shape but are nice and glossy. Then when the cheesecake is just about ready , l put some of this in the middle and return to the oven for a few minutes more.Even fancier I would sometimes add some rosewater or rose syrup to the berries in summertime. Thanks for the reminder , it's pretty much the same as my filling too ;)

I love spicy food but, with my budget, I'll have to stick with my 4 ingredient tuna and noodles; 1 pkg 8 oz flat noodles, 1 can of tuna, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, and cheese. (the original recipe calls for sliced Velveeta, but it costs too much now!). Cook noodles, drain, add tuna, soup and cheese, heat to melt the cheese and enjoy with potato chips and dill pickles! I grew up on this at the neighbor's house! ;-D

This recipe comes together very quickly. The key to this recipe is meal prep on the night before. This helps you to put dinner on the table much faster yet achieving a very satisfying result. This is one of my husband's favourite meals. Ingredients: 300g-450g steak ( beef cut of your choice) 1 cup Red wine (of your choice) 2 tsp crushed 2 tsp Italian seasoning Salt and pepper to taste 2 medium potatoes Broccoli ( or vegetable of your choice) Dash of...

This is quite an easy dish to compile. If you have a smoker, this is simple. If not use a barbecue with a lid (a weber is good) light it up without using kerosene or fire starters. If you do not have a barbecue, wait until the neighbour goes out and use their barbecue. Toss some charcoal on to flame, when the flame has died the charcoal will still be hot. Place wood chips (I use coconut husks) on top of charcoal so that it smokes. Place a baking tray of water on to the...

It's quite obvious that the chicken did not read the warning on the pack hence the compot camouflage??!!!. There are two separate words for compote and jam, well at least in Hungarian as Lekvar is Jam and Kompot is Compote .. just a bit of trivia to add to you wonderful recipe, thanks for sharing and all the best, mb.

YUMMY! I love shrimp! We have an Asian Buffet here in Oak Harbor, WA, and they serve shrimp in so many different ways, from simply boiled, to coconut, buttered, fried, and even General Tao's spicy shrimp! I'm making myself hungry, so let's go to the Buffet! ;-D
