Yeah, or at least a fine. The problem is that the courts don't want to punish people for making those calls, because they don't want people to be afraid of making the calls... they'd rather err on the side of caution. If you know who's making the calls, however, you might be able to sue for harassment. I've seen it done successfully on Judge Judy.

I am a sporting fan and I am starting to feel as if we are being sold out by the sporting bodies as some of the major sports are having a foreign company as a major backer. I agree that the GREEN ones are a waste of time as they ALWAYS screen out WITHOUT asking any questions. The PINK and BLUE are also a waste of time.
I think Rewardia just puts those surveys on our survey page to make it look like they have much more surveys available than what they actually do have

I just had heaps of lime surveys appear in my survey list all at once. I started trying them and was getting screened out of every one I tried but then I finally managed to be able to complete one which was fairly short. Once I finished it all the lime surveys had disappeared from my list. It's the first time I've ever seen that colour on my list. Did anyone else get them? Or have other people had lime surveys before?

I read lots of problems with this survey site (i have had my share). The thing that makes me think is that I do surveys on another survey site and have NEVER had a problem (touch wood). Any one else do surveys on another site and have problems?

I'm on several other sites, and they all have their problems/issues of one sort or another. YouGov is the only site I know of where you will never get screened out, because they check your demographics before issuing invites. (And also they don't have commercial/advertising type surveys where the sponsor company only wants certain answers, and will reject you if you give the wrong ones.) But I only get one or two surveys a week from them.
All the others have their share of lengthy questioning before screen-out or "errors" or other technical issues. Rewardia has more of these than most, but at least they pay out promptly when you redeem points, unlike some others - one in particular takes weeks to e-mail out gift vouchers. And the games keep you amused while waiting for a REAL survey to come along.

Seems to me to be about time Rewardia pulled their heads in and started being the good site it used to be again. Rippedoff in surveys, assuming there is evena survey there. Cut way back on points awarded for various games. People screaming about how some get 8 points for some puzzle while otrhers only get one. We clean the windows when they need cleaning, but there's little point during the wetter months. Mind you, there's little point any time because they soon get dirty again around here, plus it's impossible to get "streak free" cleaning, no matter what the products you use like to claim. :-(

My answer is based on living in Australia, so well, let's see the facts:-
Covid is now running rampant across Australia, except for West Australia.
Prime Minister and state premiers state we are nearing the peak of THIS cycle of Omicron.
We all know from past experience, every time we are near the peak of one strain a NEW strain appears and it takes off again.
In recent weeks the head of the World Health Organisation (WHO) declared that Omicron is NOT less serious and NOT less deadly as other previous variants and told ALL world leaders to STOP misleading the people in their country.
Recently, one expert stated that although we are near the peak of Omicron we MUST prepare for a MUCH more severe and MORE deadlier strain to hit the world ( and up to date this expert has never been wrong in his predictions ).
Australian government states they will do RAT tests on ALL students and teachers TWICE a week ( but there are NOT enough RAT tests in Australia ).
Only testing the kids and teachers TWICE a week means one or more students / teachers could become infected in between each test and spread the virus while waiting for the next RAT test.
The ONLY way for a "Safe return to school" is to do a RAT test on every student and teacher every school day.
With the current shortage of RAT tests and every country wanting more, our schools will very quickly run out of what RAT tests they have available then have to wait weeks or months before they can get more during which NO child or student will be tested.
Around the world many adults, young adults, teenagers, young children and even new born babies have been infected by Omicron, many of who died and our media tells us 50% of the people who died were NOT vaccinated, BUT that means 50% WERE vaccinated and some who recently died even had their booster shot.
Therefore, in my view it is NOT safe for children to return to school UNTIL there are enough RAT tests.
Having said that, children CANNOT be homeschooled forever and working parents need their children to go to school so they can go to work.
In reality, it is damned if you do and damned if you don't.

Do you think this should be a subject taught in high school for teenagers to help them cope and understand life outside of home such as topics on Mental Health, Emotional Coping, Domestic Violence, Respect for others, etc. I personally found it extremely hard in being unprepared for what lay ahead in my life as a adult, and how to cope with any of it. Some children are not raised in a healthy environment at home and are so unprepared for life s issues that many of us face....

I'm new to this part of the site so please forgive me if this has already been discussed. What do people think of Donald Trump's behaviour over the US election results?? For me, I think he is a big baby spitting his dummy out - he should be more mature than he is and has been. Certainly is not fir for the role of the President. All I know is that a cat will not stay where it doesn't feel loved. If you've had many strays then feel blessed that they chose you. We've had 6 cats in our married life and with the exception of two who had illnesses quite young, they've all lived long and happy lives. Our oldest now is almost 21 and the youngster is 16. A house is not a home without cats!

When I do surveys I look to do the smaller ones because they are easier - the ones with the bigger scores e.g 1500 they are hard to get - I rarely get them so the best way is to do small ones and make your points up with games. Say your score is 12910 - to get you to 13,000 just play a few games and that will help you get to your score you want without having to do a survey and be booted out.

This morning the wind has been so high where I live, it is blowing everything over outdoors including trees, roots and all. I do not like these extreme winds. I think we should build a rail line right around Australia, with tourist buses operating to bring tourists inland to see places of interest that are off the rail line. The fares could be kept low, so that the tourists will be keen. Operate it, so that people could get off wherever they want to explore and stay for a few days, then hop back on the train and continue to the next stop. This would provide plenty of jobs and help build our economy for the future. Win - win!

It's the person's choice. I will be getting a Maori tattoo (ta moko) from my son. Not on my face but on my back (showing lineage and my life story). I don't have a problem with people getting Maori sleeves on their arms or shoulders/torso as it represents ancestry or life (not chosen from a photo on the wall of the studio). I do have a problem with people getting ta moko on their faces without earning it, a long time ago only elders received these. Times have changed where people think they have a right, I disagree.

Our family are spread across states and countries. Social media provides instant face to face conversations that we could not otherwise have had. We have no trouble spending time together with family who are local to us. No need for any restrictions on device use. Within our home there is on my wife and I. You can also still buy your anti-malware software from a big-name established brand high street computer retailer.
OR, you could just buy an Apple device - they have no real malware problems (unless you do stupid things like download pirate movies or visit porn websites, in which case you get what you deserve).

Why would anyone chose front loader washing machine when there is the factor that you want to add more or added the wrong item, the front loader will let all the water out if you want to change your mind but the top loader will stop politely and let you do the changes you want

Just wondered how many are taking care of an extremely ill family member at home, doing transport to hospital and doctor office as needed, keeping up with all appointments, and making sure they get their medicine as needed? Do you find it is difficult to get transport to hospitals they may need to go to far away?

I live in country Victoria and often surveys do not list "Other Victoria" therefore I tick Melbourne then get rejected when I put in my postcode.
I often get rejected because of my age.
99% of the time I get rejected for GREEN surveys WITHOUT being asked any questions. The page says, "Screened Out"
I believe Rewardia does NOT currently have many surveys available so they are just trying to make it look like they have a lot by filling our survey pages with nonexisting surveys; NOT caring that is wasting our valuable time
I also get rejected for ALL surveys who want to download tracking cookies on my device even when I give permission ( I strongly believe those companies just want to download tracking devices on our device to track our usage WITHOUT paying us for that information )

I would recommend taking flowers to your Mothers grave. Either go regularly or go on her Birthday or Mothers day or even visit on the day she died. Take some beautiful flowers that you think she would like, as a remembrance of your Mother, as a way of expressing your gratitude towards your Mother, who you were very fond of Alex. I'm sure she would love it. She would watch down on you & appreciate you for never forgetting her ever. Nice to give flowers. She would appreciate it. I'm sure.

Has anyone else noticed how many surveys seem to have been put together by the company's work experience kid? Spelling errors in questions are a particular example that are all too frequent, but also lack of logic in either the wording of a question (questions with the word IF in them really bug me, because if the "if" is a no then I cannot accurately answer the question), or in the sequence of questions (example, answering "no" to "do you do X", then the next question starts...

I think its funny when they ask you "do you do/have any of the following?"...too bad if you haven't ..they make you choose one at random so you can go onto the next page...and "you said earlier that.." when you didn't..and then they make you make up the next couple answers to carry on doing the survey....all that useless information... Am I the only one sick and tired of the increased number of AI videos on the platform as of late?for the love of God at least label the videos as such so those unfamiliar with how close AI has gotten to be able to tell the difference between the two......

a few of the AI videos i've seen actually have lightly cryptic names that give a clue they are fake - don't get me wrong, i'm not a fan of the ovedr use of AI ... i LOVE YouTube and have always preferred to watch strictly official channels and this helps to keep my viewing free of fakes !!

I quite enjoyed the short videos for Points at Rewardia. I wonder, what are your thoughts of maybe allowing members to submit a YouTube link to an interesting video for a 'Daily Video' or even 'Video of the Day'? If accepted, video link will earn 1000 points to the successful submitter, and 1 point for members viewing the video, with the additional option of writing comments about the video.

You obviously aren't poor if you asked these questions. We had an old man who used to raid recycling bins to collect cans including ours as my partner is an avid beer drinker lol. So I started putting them in a big bag and placing it next to our bin for him. A few months later he knocked on our door, and said thanks for putting the bags out for him and handed me $5. He said this is your cut, we have to share the wealth. This man was poor, but to do that...stand up and take a bow Sir!

We want to celebrate that match 19th ends our 7 months of pregnancy. Trying to think of a nice celebration my husband and I can do as we are getting closer to the arrival of Jacob or Kandance. We won't know till birth time. We celebrate each month end that gets us closer to the arrival of our baby. We chose to spell Kandance with K to make it more unique.

The banks think it is better to waste vast sums of money on stupid adverts...and then do hundreds of surveys to see if we like them now....having seen some stupid advert...rather than be good banks in the first place...Some of Australia's big brewers generally did little to counter foreign beer imports...and now they are being massively damaged...not only by imported Craft Beers...but by masses of local ones too...it's a bit like NSW and Covid...they have waited too long and are only now paying for massive surveys to find out what is going wrong with their beer sales...instead of being pro-active...(Carlton have been VERY cunning and will survive despite their own beers...and Coopers worked out what was going on and is evolving well to the challenge...they used talent instead)

Can anyone tell me how people get such big scores when playing this game. Even if I get all words by bonus words I still never get the scores like the Leaderboard has. How do you et 5000 points??

It’s not unknown for people to cheat on this site. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of those on the leaderboard use anagram solvers to come up with all possible combinations of the letters into words. Also, you get more points towards your total if you use longer words when attempting to get bonus words without solving the set puzzle words until there is only one letter left.

Just out of curiosity: What do all the different survey colours mean? It may be on here somewhere, but the forum doesn't seem to have a search function (if there is one, please direct me), and I can't find anything elsewhere to tell me what all the different colours represent. Thanks in advance!

The different colours indicate different survey providers (also known as survey channels). For example, if you click on a green-coloured survey, it will usually open a Samplicio.us survey in a new browser tab.
However, sometimes the same survey might appear under two different colours. This happens because companies that commission market research often work with multiple survey providers at the same time.

Am I the only one who is sick and tired of how many surveys we are being asked to complete that are about banks and/or insurance companies? I seem to be getting multiple of them every day that want to know who I bank with and who I am insured with. I flatly refuse to tell them - generally there is an Other option, and I type in "decline to answer". Most times the AI is so dumb (poorly programmed) that it proceeds to then ask me "and how long have you banked with...

Why, Oh, Why do we have to waste so much time answering preliminary questions prior to actually getting to Surveys? Ok, so we have to enter our Gender, Age, Education, Post Codes BUT why do we have to identify an Animal or Sound which those conducting these Surveys - not Rewardia who only provide a safe platform for us - admit have absolutely nothing to do with the Survey? Does it really matter what sort of device we are using to take part?...

A lot of us like to play Scramble Words and naturally like to score as many points as we can. How many points you can score in a game is limited by the number of empty boxes for a particular puzzle. If there are a lot of empty boxes you can chalk up a reasonable score. Conversely, if there are few empty boxes the opposite applies. If you are careful you can achieve the maximum score by not nominating a missing word until all its boxes are full except the last one but at the end...

Many,many, nothing like the freedoms of being a child,holidaying up on the northern beaches of Byron Bay,collecting shells and looking at the lighthouse through tired eyes at the end of a warm funfilled day.
But the funniest day I recall was in our street .We had our favourite neighbour Shelley who lived a few houses down. We had our eyes set on catching this gorgeous big orange and black butterfly.. She had a butterfly net so with my little sister in tow we all set off after it. All day we chased that thing up and down in and out of neighbours gardens, a quick break for lunch then back again. .. then finally the grand moment ! "There it is!" we screamed Shelley whacked her magic catching net over it.. we\ud83d\ude05 were rapt.. then discovered oh so sadly.. the damn thing had a hole in the corner.. What if any significance is there in the different colours allocated to surveys?

Yeah, it's confusing. Green, pink and purple all pay up to 1200, red = up to 1000. When I log in in the morning, it states that there are no blue surveys for me, but I am free to choose any other colour. For some reason it thinks I need blue surveys. Perhaps I have qualified for blue. I'm confused and feeling blue.

I have noticed that too. It is not a very well developed game. I also wonder how people get so mnay points. I have tried everything but still never get more than half the points others do. Most are easy to complete and I always solve them all.

With both parents being forced into working longer hours, to pay for mortgages and other lifestyle products, kids watch more tv than we could, we would get sent outside, have phones and computers, which weren\u2019t even invented. Sure we had so adult theories, but not with the resources the have available now, and the lack of parent time.
