I'm sorry but what is this? Some surveys I have been screened out of have only given me 1 point compensation. This is NOT good enough when we are trying to do said surveys to get points to add up to redeem.

When I realize I've come up against a "peculiar" subject in surveys I just quietly close and find one more to my taste.

Hey there, I'm unsure if this post is General or Technical for discussion. If the problem lies solely with me, then it's a General Discussion, I guess! Has anyone been having trouble loading Mahjong Solitaire? For me, the search wheel keeps spinning but the game never loads. I'm wondering if the game is still available. Is there any chance someone else has had the same issue accessing the game?
Andrew C 287196
Working fine for me on Mac OS X 10.13 (High Sierra). Just very slow to actually play, as with most of the games on here.

It was lovely to see the West Indies beat us in a test. The young Joseph was brilliant and they were just so thrilled. It will bring a lot more interest back to the game as just having India, Australia and England as competitors was getting a bit ho hum and seeing how some of the people in these teams carry on was off putting. However, to see the joy and happiness in the West Indies team from the players to the staff was just uplifting. I hope they continue...

The West Indies enthusiam was quite uplifting. They played and their hearts were fully in the game. Good on them!

At the age of 20 I received my call up papers for the Army and at the time Australia was involved in Vietnam War. For me it was no big deal, I was happy to go off and have an adventure. Certainly, the training was hard, as was the war service, but I learnt skills, and self-discipline, that I have been able t call on throughout my life. However, whilst I enjoyed my Service, not everyone would have done so, for others may have viewed it as legal...

Any recent movies that have really impressed you?...it is getting more and more difficult..as the overall quality and variety is fading fast...I have just watched "Bullet Train" for the second time...it didn't get any fancy awards..or massive media coverage....in fact it was totally ignored.......strong cast ...AND it would easily be the best movie I have watched in over 2 or 3 years....no contest...I watched a couple of very weak movies that actually won awards...

Did you watch that on Tubi mr A?
Hubby said Whale was good.
Not a movie but Godfather of Harlem series very very good.
Last movie we watched and enjoyed was Clifford the Big Red Dog haha..

What happened to live and let live. Daily there is some group of people telling us how to live our lives. Some are minority groups pushing their point of view. Some are are professionals with a new theory. Why can't they "live and let live" . Get on with their own lives the way they want and let others do the same.

What is your opinion Flemington Racecourse building the flood wall back in 2007 to stop the flooding going into the racecourse knowing the Melbourne Cup Carnival is just around the corner.
Edward S 497347
What about the GREAT WALL OF ECHUCA ?
The levee built along one side of the river is going to redirect their share of the flood water to the hundreds of homes on the other side meaning their homes could possibly completely go underwater as we saw in parts of QLD and NSW earlier this year.
Thier council has had more than enough time to build a levee on BOTH sides of that river but chose NOT to protect the hundreds of homes on that other side.
This is therefore NEGLECT and ignorance by that council, therefore the residents of those hundreds of homes that are not being protected should be able to take "Class Action" against that council for costs of damages to their homes and personal property ( but of course, if they did that and won the court case the council will massively increase rates to cover the cost of the compensation payout

I havent had any surveys for 2 days...is it just me or anyone else have the same issue
Lyn 78550
First off thanks Geoffrey for this as I will explain a little later. I must say once I mention my age do not get some surveys. However, I feel that this is because companies want certain people with children etc. I am annoyed when I keep getting ones asking have you been on a diet program which comes up frequently and when the answer is no I do not count. I wonder if any have answered yes and they go on to be able to complete. However all in all I consider myself lucky and most days will get over 1000 points but sometimes even $2000. Very good and also there is the fact that if you are bored and really just not feeling like doing anything there are the games. lol

I have felt 100+ for the last six weeks. Lied on the couch day and night for two weeks straight with gout in 10 toes. Side effect from anaesthetia I was told by ED doctors. Just starting to feel like my spritely 72 years again. I was thrilled when a shop assistant at Chemist Warehouse quizzed about the tart cherry juice i had just purchased. She stated, it is really good isn't it, to which i replied, it sure is for gout prevention but I couldn't get my hands on it quick enough this time. She then replied, I thought you took it for your complexion. I then asked her to guess my age. Lo' and behold she said 44. I instantly felt like my spritely 72 years again after moping around for six weeks.

Hi Annette , first of congratulations on bubs ! And I gather it's your partner then who will have the optimal care of your little one while you are at work ?. If so, you should soon feel comfortable knowing he/ she is well taken care of in-between naps and you may get some cute little updates in your work breaks from your partner on daily progress .
l found going back to work just for 2 half days was a great social break and gets you back to feeling a bit more like a regular person,(, sleep deprived and a bit cluckier or madder over some things) but if you find it's too much don't be afraid to cut down hours until you feel ready . I think though, if you like your job and the people there are supportive you will just ease back into a nice routine . Best of luck ;)

Can someone please tell me what the different colors on the surveys actually mean? is it a topic or category or something? I can find no information as to what the actual difference is! Thanks :)
Thomas (Rewardia Support)
Hi Bucketheart.
The different colours indicate different survey providers (also known as survey channels). For example, if you click on a green-coloured survey, it will usually open a Samplicio.us survey in a new browser tab.
However, sometimes the same survey might appear under two different colours. This happens because companies that commission market research often work with multiple survey providers at the same time.
Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.
18-Jun-25
Is there a need for 18 questions to enter a survey? A bit much I think.
Linda C
That and also completing or near enough a very long survey to be either told at the very end you do not qualify or when you submit all the answers or it goes to an error message or similar. Happens every day.

Totally against nuclear. It's neither clean nor safe. As for the climate crisis...it's an agenda to steer the world into the globalists new world order. We recently attended our friends daughters wedding. We travelled 7 hours each way to a beautiful venue, but had to stay 2 nights to break the journey. Well I hope it causes their little things to shrivel up and fall off. They have eaten 2/3rds of their donkey population. How barbaric, I was absolutely disgusted. Plus they have raised the prices of donkeys from $800 to now $2000. I would love a donkey one day if fact I was hoping for a pair so I could breed them. oh gosh i did mystery shopper for a while-it was awful- i couldn't beleve how much work was involved for a measly fee and no petrol reimbursement. The number of specific details and questions involved-that you have to remember as you can't take notes onsite. And then the report to type and submit. The place i did it for rated the report as well so you didn't get paid if not done correctly. Hopefully the place you do it for is ok tho! I just reread what you said about secret shopper being paid up to $90- wow! intrigued what that would entail- maybe a sleepover in a high end hotel?! Not NZ i am guessing?

Dear friends! I just want to introduce a new activity on Rewardia: "Make a New Poll". Rare opportunity to get to know community members' opinions, views, or beliefs. Ask them! Now they are asking for installation of a User Zoom device, invasive questions about your banking accounts, access to mobile advertising, access to TV subscription data, ask you to go to sites and lie to get dummy insurance policies etc. They then pay you a reward not compatible with an award basic wage, screen you out for no reason at the end of a survey, even when you send in a screen shot saying that you have completed the survey, they pay only a pittance. I keep hoping for the days when I joined up of receiving much better points than now. The Co-vid crisis is long over. How much is Rewardia getting for every survey we do? I suspect we are only receiving a very small percentage of what is actually paid.

I was a late starter and an early finisher. Thought I'd missed the bus. I read everything I could get my hands on. If you can get over the "morning sickness" everything after that is easy. Try to make sure you get sufficient sleep, the late months if I closed my eyes at work I wanted to go to sleep. After that first acceptance that you are Really pregnant it seems easy but do look after your health and try not get over stressed as you can't help all those hormones flooding through you. Hopefully your partner accepts that you also become very emotional at times, no you don't have that to yourself, we all did it. That first tiny butterfly movement that later becomes like a full football game by the last few months. God Bless and keep well.

Can't help feel you are a bit more than frustrated about what's happening. You are not alone. Many of us agree but we are the little people, many of whom have also lived through World War 2, Vietnam, Afghanistan. We could not stop any of those horrible encounters. Are we any better prepared than we were then? As the saying goes "It's blowing in the wind".

Just had a package from Amazon that was supposedly delivered but never showed up on our doorstep -- I was watching for it. They showed a picture of a package with only cement surrounding it -- it could have been taken anywhere! Our doorstep however has a big mat that covers the whole step so it was not our porch step. I also requested that it be delivered to our back door but it said it was delivered to our front step or near it. Amazon was great and reimbursed...

I had a different experience about 5 weeks ago, not Amazon, but worth telling. I was in my backyard at 5pm, doing some gardening when I heard a delivery truck. I checked down the side of the house to the front, and saw it was a Coles home delivery truck. I thought it was for the neighbors across the street, so I ignored it. About 10 minutes later I went to the front of the house. On my front steps were 15 bags of groceries and a carton of ginger beer - not mine (I don't do home delivery). I looked for a receipt or paperwork - nothing. I rang Coles local, and they put me through to their distribution center in Sydney, where they put me on hold for 15 minutes. I explained what happened, they put me on hold again. When they finally came back, they asked me if I wanted to keep the groceries or did my neighbors want some of it. Could I take it inside and refrigerate what needed to be and keep the rest. The driver can't get back to my street that night and once I take it inside, they cannot then ask for it back due to security issues, Coles would then send out a new order to the original shopper. I said thanks, took some things to my neighbor and kept the rest. We estimated that it was a full family shop ($350). I spoke to the phone operator and asked questions. If it happens again, just take everything inside. Once it's in your house, it's yours, they won't knock on the door and ask for it.
Ka-ching! Merry Christmas!

Lachelle B
I finally made it to the leader board this week. You need to get those bonus points by having the least number of jewels at the end of the round. You have to work out the patterns, ie: 1st round they only go down, 2nd round they only go up....Once you do this you can target which groups to click on. And when you have single jewels it's best to match those first instead of 'already grouped' jewels\ud83d\ude0a.

I recently received a reply from the Minister of Welfare who falsely claims that in March...

Is there a Minister of Seniors?? There should be..its incredibly unfair how this happens. Here in NZ we got an increase of an offensive $20 a week for beneficiaries- after many many years of no increase- the list of essentials including food petrol power health etc etc etc has risen exponentially over the years- and the $20 increase would be laughable if it wasn't so difficult.

Are you a once a month big shop person? Do you pop into the grocery store every few days? Do you have a shopping list & stick to it? Or do you always come out with more then you went in for? Or, do you send someone else to do your shopping? Do you shop on line for delivery? Or shop on line for click & collect?

Chris M 626341
That sounds pretty typical of the surveys on here...if you tell them what they want to hear you will make it through and get points, if you tell the truth they don't want to know. Just goes to show you can't rely on getting honest feedback when they give you any survey results. Rely on your own instincts to get the truth.

I have a very unprofitable business - online medical transcriptionist. Basically it is only what I would call a hobby, but I do not have to rent premises and there are no overheads. Basically I just wake up in the morning and sit at my computer and start typing. I do not even use any paper, just send the transcripts back via the server. This time around with the lockdowns things do not seem quite as bad. The last time some of my kids were out of work for quite a while and had to use up their holiday leave. This time they are all still working.

Most of you would've got today's promo, earn 1000 points on surveys of any colour & receive 100 bonus points. Great, should be easy, I thought. I completed 1 survey 250 points, then screened out 5, getting around another 100 points. I checked promo center to see how many points I needed to complete, 750 to go. It seems screened out points don't count. Fair or not fair? Thoughts

While grocery shopping, it really astounds me to find shoppers have discarded things, from other aisles, into areas where they can decompose and need to be thrown out. Why ask for a cut of topside, wait to have it weighed and wrapped and then leave it with packages of cereal? Today there was also an onion in a plastic bag left with the eggs? Why DO people do this?
Pato Lo Duck
Have you considered that it is not done deliberately but inadvertently by older shoppers whose faculties may not be so good and just put something down to pick up another item, then just forget what they did and walk off, leaving it there?

Yeah, or at least a fine. The problem is that the courts don't want to punish people for making those calls, because they don't want people to be afraid of making the calls... they'd rather err on the side of caution.
