I bought my first pair of Puma sneakers when I was 15 years old and the size of these $3.99 USD shoes was 8-8 and a half and they fit me perfectly. I am now 76 years young and I am still using that same pair of Puma sneakers and outside of the usual wear and tear they are in wonderful shape! We have a huge pile of takeaway containers that we encourage everyone to fill and take home with them. Then we clean up the remaining. It is not up to one person to put it all away then. If there is food left on a tray/serving platter that someone else brought along, then they take their tray home with what is left on it. That way, if you bring something awful or not so popular to share, you get to take it home with you again.We generally ask that everyone bring a meat, salad and dessert to share.

There are a lot of natural things to keep from getting sick and if sick to recover quickly even if one is elderly or has a weak immune system.
