We can buy Cotton ones which can be tossed in the laudry every now and then to keep them clean and nice for the Checkout staff to use.

This is hard for you. I avoid confronting people even in a nice way. Invite him in for a coffee and have a general get to know you chat. He might explain why he does it so early and every day without you even asking him. If he is doing it every day then he must not be doing it for very long. It might be a routine from an earlier part of his life. I can\u2019t imagine he needs to do it every morning. In a general friendly chat you might be able to suggest he only does it once a week. This is how I lost: Lower daily intake of calories (1200 for me at 5'2"), drink something HOT every 2 hours (tea, coffee, lemonade, and hot chocolate, at 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 7pm, 9pm and 11pm for me), and only eat in an 8 hour period, fasting for 16 hours (11am breakfast, 3pm lunch and no later than 7 pm dinner for me). I can do it by drinking a hot beverage every 2 hours. I lost 1 pound a week, in 11 months, and am keeping it off, and you can, too! I'm 76! I started on February 14, 2023 and, before February 14, 2024, I had lost that 45 pounds! Oh, and I did NOT exercise, or take anything for weight loss! ;-D

Just what is this obsession people have with buying these huge, heavy vehicles? vehicles designed for Off-Road use are being bought but never do morwe than take the children to and from school, do the weekly shopping. I have suffered from anxiety for over forty years. I have tried everything that I come across. I take medication but it doesn't seem to help much. I have tried many hypnotherapist, talked to many counsellors, psychologist, psychiatrists. I have tried numerous herbs, CBD oils and medications, relaxation techniques, crystal therapy, and the list goes on. I still have anxiety. I don't believe there is a cure. There are techniques to help after anxiety hits but no idea (sadly) how to overcome it.

I had a few gems as teachers...but not many...I had a lot of fun at school but I wasn't supposed to be enjoying myself..so a fair bit of the time resulted in mad people hitting me with canes...over the bottom or across the palms..and a stream of half hour detentions after school..but none of it worked..I didn't get depressed...or give in....I still had laughing fits...I still had fun...that's what kids do! ...kids are VERY resilient..,and you cannot cure them of being REALLY happy,,I'd lie on the floor laughing and could not get up!.. ....I am not sure how our current batch of little angels would cope with that...they would probably need therapy...(these days I might get therapy or medication for being optimistic defiant and happy...it is probably a medical condition...like everything else) many of our current batch were really damaged during covid because they didn't see their friends....it affected their communication skills and their abilities at school....I wonder how they would cope with the Blitz.... or being in other interesting places...we might be raising a generation of babies that never want to leave home... sorry BB I'm wandering off course here!

I was devastated after my children's father, my first and only true love from the age of 15, told me after I finished a night shift as an RN that he had spent the night while I was at work and slept with a woman that he had met ( I hadn't a clue) when he played cricket on Saturday's and planned to move in with her immediately. I was also informed by him that "the sex was so good that they'd broke the bed". Yes there'd been problems in the marriage and the past year had been especially tough after moving and renovating an old house I'd inherited and the death of my beloved mum to cancer and trying to help my Dad through the loss of his lifetime partner. I don't know if I can say that I had a mental breakdown but I did try and kill myself which ended up costing me a 3 day stay in a ward in the hospital that I worked in but with a "special" nurse so that I wasn't left alone although thankfully NOT in the psychiatric ward as my boss wouldn't allow it, but I changed after that whole experience. I was 39, had 5 kids and I thought "well if HE doesn't want me I'll have to find somebody else who will appreciate me". This led to a short relationship with one of my soon to be ex husband's friend from Church who had recently got divorced from HIS wife. I look back on that experience, which I try hard NOT to do, which led me to remarry just 2 days after my divorce came through and that lasted under 6 months. I was still shell-shocked after my 1st husband's betrayed and CLEARLY not thinking straight and I NEVER dated or looked at another man again. That was almost 19 years ago and when my aged father tries to suggest, which he has many times over the years, for me to find someone, I just tell him that I'm happier with just my 5 cats! I did look after my 1st husband's dad until he died coming up to 5 years this July, and the shame that I felt over the fallout of both those marriages and the eventual loss of my home and bankruptcy, allowed me to be so busy to look for another someone even if I HAD wanted to, but I felt that I had nothing to offer someone anyway, as "why would they want ME?" I am TRULY happy, although "happy" is an emotion that I haven't felt for years, but perhaps content is a more appropriate definition of how I feel, with my animals for companionship, but I know that I would judge any relationship and make too many comparisons to my previous relationships to be able to be open to letting myself fall in love again. I know that this story sounds morose and moribund as do I, but you CAN be wounded so much that you shut down ALL future opportunities for happiness. In my last job a woman who thought she was my supervisor (she was in fact a co-worker) said “do you think I give a &@^% about anything you have to say”. Not willing to put up with that behaviour I walked into my boss’s office and handed in my immediate resignation. He asked why, I told him and he asked me to wait for 10 minutes whilst he sorted out the matter. He called a department meeting and made her apologise to me in front of everyone. I am home-schooling my children and they have regular meetups with the other children that are also homeschooled in the area. I was already studying online when covid happened. I much prefer working and studying from home as there are fewer interruptions. My son has thrived in homeschooling as he has the option of choosing what he studies (within reason) he has additional needs and there are no small class options in the area so this works best for him and we did not utilize technology, he has been doing pen and paper, educational books and social skills by visiting the community centres to see other homeschooled families.

Why is everyone giving this incredibly intelligent and well informed girl so much grief? How much do you know about her? The Matrix summed it up: We are a virus! It is time we love our earth mother. She is not led by others and is not selfish, unlike the shortsighted many. I am disheartened by the ignorant, uninformed and selfish views of many below. Why are you still with him. The old saying "a leopard never changes it's spots" is true. Some partners might temper their actions but it usually comes back out again. Firstly he is younger than you and this is not really the ideal situation. You are being a doormat. He disrespects you big time. You are there just to do his bidding whether it be cooking, cleaning, physical or financial. Get some respect and leave or if it is your place ask him to leave immediately.

I can forgive without forgetting once trust us broken it’s extremely hard to win back. I am also a big believer in karma, what you give out will come back to you.

Not me any way I cry every day and wish I was dead I just wish I could be normal but people are always meany to me I have no real friends I love cats I wish people would be nicer to other I think it would be normal to not be called a bitch all the time and to have an idear of where your life is heading I do not have much of them I must keep going I have a beutafill son have to try and help him and any one I can I think it is a good life some times have to keep trying for better f everyone you have to believe in your self and in god

I've been told that our cat might need upto 1500 dollars of dental work, which is rediculous, we can barely afford our own dental work, so I think when the time comes and he shows signs of pain, we will probably do the humain thing and have him put down.

There is a place for technology. Personally it has spread my "social life", Can chat with people I have met from other countries. Some people deserve to lose their job to machines, at least machine might be polite and actually try and help.Maybe a machine will not indoctrinate child to their own views as many teachers do.There are pros and cons. Guess maybe if/when a machine could show artificial emotion [as many people do] they may work in better

Some years ago I sprained my ankle, 2 weeks later I broke my knee, 2 weeks after that during a routine X-ray the doctor found my ankle was broken. My cast was getting bigger but just as I was starting to feel better renewed pain in my foot sent me for another X-ray and the other side of my ankle was broken. As I was very incapacitated my husband had to take time off work without pay and we felt it very unfair that we weren't entitled to any form of Government assistance. So no pay and loads of medical bills while other people manage to get heaps of assistance. All caregivers should get some sort of assistance.

I have never had a Paranormal experience but I do sense things. I will go to the letter box and know that a certain letter that was not expected is in it. I also know who people are despite never having met them or even seen them before. I used to know who was on the phone when it rang, now it tells me so I don't know if I can still tell who it is. My daughter and I would go shopping in different places but when we got home we would find we had been in the same stores but in different suburbs, and bought the same things. There are other weird things like knowing what people are going to say on TV or know the plot way ahead of time. I don't think it's supernatural or anything like that, I just put it down to being super attentive and noticing things other people don't.

The problem is that nurses are sent to university then into hospitals. In the old days you started emptying bed pans before you decided whether or not it was the profession for you. Now they are sent to university then have to empty bedpans. Wouldn't it be a bit of a shock after years of schooling? Why would anyone spend years studying then perform back breaking work, changing dressings, wiping bums and the like when they could be earning much more in the corporate world. Starting at the bottom then studying your way to the top is always the best way to fill the ranks.

I get the same sort of sensation when I walk into the women's change room at the local swimming pool. They all scream and turn in the same direction.

shouldn't the question be what didn't you want to learn at school. I hated Maths B and could never understand why A + B =C. I liked geography and maybe that is why i like to see places

As someone with ADHD and OCD this is a far too common occurance to even try and tally how many times i do it.

Because of being locked up, our natural immunity isn't being strengthened. People with normal immunity might get sick for a few days. Elderly and immuno compromised people will die. I always have painkillers/cold-flu tabs and immediately take more rest, hot soup and orange juice, tea with lemon and honey..You can't go and see a doctor now. If you have a runny nose they won't see you. We need to be more aware of our immune systems, I take supplements to keep me healthy and eat good food (vegs and fruits). If you give your body a fighting chance rest will allow it to get well and form immunity. Nothing has changed since this Covid garbage came around, they have just given it all a new name to panic us.

When I was 15years & 10months old, I met the man who was to become my husband. I actually asked him if we could get engaged as he was due to go in the Army & do his 2 years national service. I waited till he came out of the army so when I was 18 years & 1 month, we had a white wedding which was a dream of mine. This coming September we will have been married for 62 years. We have had our "ups & downs" as they say but we have always been able to sort them out. If I had my way again, it would be exactly the same except for a bit more travelling than what we have done. I have been disabled for the past few years & he has become my carer. He now does the cooking whilst I sit at the table & do the food preparation. We work as a team & always have done. Plus I still love this man, my husband after all these years.
