Q: How do I cancel my account?
A: Just send us an email to help@rewardia.co.nz from your the email you signed up with and we will close your account. You can also re-open it at any time by sending us an email from that same sign up account.
Q: I forgot my password. What do I do?
A: Try the this Password Recovery link, enter the email address you signed up with and check your email inbox, please allow up to 10 minutes. If you cannot find an email from us then do check your spam/junk folder before you take the next action. If you have nothing delivered then send an email to us at help@rewardia.co.nz from the account email you signed up with.
Q: How do I see more details on points I have earned?
A: You can always see your points history in "my account > points history".
Q: I never received my activation email. Why not?
A: Please check your junk or spam folder. The email we sent you would have come from help@rewardia.co.nz . If it is in the Junk or Spam folder then please add us to your trusted list of email addresses. If you still cannot find it then please contact us via email to help@rewardia.co.nz from the account email you signed up with.

Q: Can earn Rewards Points from Surveys & Games if I do not live in New Zealand?
A: No, only members located in New Zealand are eligible to earn rewards from Surveys & Games.
